Hi,
Are you using XP?
Is the clock correct on the computer you are using?
What is the actual error you are seeing?
Many Thanks

Hi,

It means they are using IE11 but have TLS1.2 switched off.
Either use a different browser - or get them to switch it on in the browser settings.

Our SSL provider CloudFlare are investigating this..

Many Thanks

I've just had a customer report same - first time this has happened to us in all the 5+ years we have been using RC. Thankfully they ordered over phone instead, but this is a concern if it puts buyers off.
Cheers, Liz

Hi,
This is the result of:

https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/mmpc/2015/12/17/microsoft-updates-trusted-root-certificate-program-to-reinforce-trust-in-the-internet/

In addition the latest version of PCI requires that only TLS1.2 is used when dealing with payments.

If a browser is compatible with TLS1.2 then it should not be disabled.
We have had some reports of users using IE11 where TLS1.2 is switch off however it is definitely switch on with a default installation.

As the new PCI is rolled out, these customers will not be able to use internet banking or pay for things online. (Having said that some companies take ages to do this).

Finally - our SSL provider CloudFlare are looking to see if there is something they can do to get round this as obviously a lot of companies are affected.

One major change has already been made which did not resolve it and they are looking into the next.

However the best solution is to simply switch on TLS1.2 or use a different browser.

Many Thanks
