Support - Thanks, but that shows each individual order rather than a list of product a customer has bought.
what im looking for is somesort of report which is at Customer level and show the order history for that customer? Thanks |

Hi,
If you click on he 'customer' link on the CRM for a customer then it shows the orders, but not the individual items. It would be good to see all the items somehow, although how would you expect to see this information presented? Rows of products with the dat purchased and the order number? Many thanks Support |

Sorry for the late reply..
Either would be good, could have one list of past products with associated orders. Or have the orders as headers and a hypelink into it would show the list of products. I think it would add amazing value to the product offering, as it would allow people with Roman Cart to 'Service' their customer more effectively and also help in marketing, based on order history. Im sure other people will have a view on the data representation on the screen? Thanks Noor |

You have to e-mail support and ask them to sign you up to the beta testing version as its still on test. It works pretty well with a few hiccups here and there, but overall works okay.
