Hi,
I used RomanCart several years ago and have just started using it again and have realised how rusty I am! I used to have a 'Customer Sign Up' facility, details went straight into CRM as a prospect (coding was from Romancart) but I can't seem to find how to do it again. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Maybe I don't have the right package at the mo? Thanks! Claire |

Hi Claire,
You need to go to 'Marketing tools / Customer relationship manager'; the sample code for this is on a link at the top of the page. I'm not sure what level of cart it requires, if you can't see it there then you haven't got it, sorry. |
