We have been told by several customers (potential)that they are having trouble getting on the site and we ourselves have found the same - this message comes up -
RomanCart is a shopping cart system which will easily allow you to add e-commerce to your website.

RomanCart Integrates with all the major Payment Service Providers such as ePDQ, HSBC, Streamline, Protx, PayPal, NoChex and many more.

For more information, or to sign up to RomanCart, please click here to be taken to our main website.

If you are a RomanCart user, wondering why you are seeing this page, it is either because you have not sent your storeid correctly to RomanCart in your link/post
Or because the form or link you are posting is not being sent correctly - examine your html to check this.
Anyone else having problems?

Any ideas support please? No orders today!
Thanks

Hi Lorraine,

No problems with our site and I've just tried a few links from your site and they went straight to the shopping basket with no issues.

Possibly a temporary problem with a web server somewhere !

Hi. Thanks. I rang the hosting company first of all and all's well there. Just puzzled as the romancart message came up but maybe that would come up anyway if the site was temporarily down?

Hi
It doesn't happen all the time - it has worked fine for me today, except for one occasion (when I got the message I posted) but have had several customers ring to report problems.
I haven't changed any links or forms. Maybe it is a hosting problem? But the hosting company says all looks fine.
Just don't know.

Hi Lorraine,

Same as Dave,

I've also tried your site and the items went straight into the shopping basket with no issues.

Hi,

The message won't be anything to do with your hosting or any such problem.
There will be a problem with one of the links or buttons on your page.
You need to test your site to find the button or link which is a problem. The message means that the storeid has not been posted or is posted more than once. If you have a 'view basket' button, make sure that it includes the storeid.

Many Thanks

Thanks everyone. What puzzles me is that I haven't changed anything - been on the site a lot less than what I would usually do. But have just found a web ceo report dated 11th of this month, which was fair compared to usually very good.
How do I test the site? There's a lot of add to basket links on there. I used to have a program that checked the links but I can't remember what it was. I'll look up and Google. Is that what I need to do? Check the links?
Thanks for this info.

Hi Lorraine,

From what Support are saying, yes you need to check every link from your site to the shopping cart until you find the one(s) which are wrong . Good luck.
