Hi,
Not really. If they have just bought a specific item from your eBay store and then get a customized confirmation email from your store with details of that product and your company name (which we would assume also has some kind of relevance to the name of your eBay store) then we cant see how that would be confusing. Wont they receive two confirmation emails then. Ebay will send their standard one and RC will send one. If so it seems unnecessary for RC to send one.

Hi,
eBay emails do not show details of tax, as all prices on eBay have to include tax. The RomanCart generated email shows the tax. Many Thanks Support |

Ok, that is all well and good but at the moment when we sell something on ebay just one confirmation email goes to the customer and that works fine without any problems. Can we have an option not to send the RC one?
