We have nearly completed our new epos feature.

To use it you require an ipad (2 or above) preferably with an enclosure such as a 'BouncePad', a Star TSP143LAN receipt printer, a cash draw (if required) and a compatible Bluetooth bar code scanner (if required).

It works with PayPal Here allowing you to accept card payments from your customers - with no monthly fees.

You can also use it with other swipe machines, however there is no direct connection so you would have to manually type in the amount to the swipe machine for the customer to pay.

The advantages of a merchant using such a system are huge.
1. Sharing stock across all channels - when you sell an item in your shop, the stock is also reduced on your website(s).
2. Centralisation of information - log onto RomanCart and view all sales from shop, website, ebay, invoices in one place.
3. Cost - This feature will be available at no extra cost on all upgraded carts.

We need some merchants who would like to try it out.

If you are interested - please email us!

Many Thanks

Having spoken to RomanCart this functionality is still a while away. Did anyone else ever consider using RomanCart as an EPOS solution, this would be very handy as it would consolidate all our sales channels into one system - It's a shame not enough people showed interest in this idea.

Any thoughts / comments?
