Extra Checkout Field Editing

   We use the extra checkout fields to allow customers the ability to provide their own UPS shipping account or Purchase Order during checkout.  Occasionally, they need to edit or change that detail after the original transaction is completed.

As far as I can find, there is no way to edit entries in Extra Checkout Fields after the order is completed.  We can edit almost all other aspects of the order after completion (payment, shipping, items ordered, addresses, etc) but not the extra fields.

Can this function be added or is it already available and I'm just not seeing that option?
