Is it possible to get an alert when an order is placed but not completed?
It is very frustrating for customers who try to place an order and then fail for some reason. An immediate notification would make it easy to follow these up quickly to secure the order. |

Oh yes, and it works beautifully. I love it.
Ask Support if you want to sign up to the beta test version. I was a bit wary about doing so at first, but took the plunge and haven't looked back. Overall support have been pretty good at sorting any problems out and I think anything that was particularly difficult has been resolved so if you do come across anything its minor glitches. Overall excellent I'd say, but obviously you can't please everyone all of the time!! |
