Just been testing promo codes and they are doing what they are supposed to do, which is deduct shipping amount. But I am not seeing which promo code was used, either on the invoice or via a confirmation email. How do I make this happen, or have I missed something out when I've set up the promo codes. The promo codes are a vital bit of information for us, as they tell us which adverts are working. So I need to see the promo code somewhere when a sale is completed.

To add to above, I've also gone through the screencasts which inform me that I can check how well the promo codes are doing through the promotional codes screen - but any sales that have happened already are not showing up there. Can anyone shed light on this and the above question.
