Hi,

I use Romancart to keep tabs on my ebay sales.

I had an ebay sale on October 16th at 17.11, paid with paypal at 17.12.

There is no trace of it in sales manager and it hasn't been deleted.

is this something I need to look out for, or was there an issue recorded on that particular day?

Regards,

Richard.

Hi,
Was this for an item that you had listed using RomanCart?
Many Thanks

Hi support.

No, it was a regular ebay listing, entered directly on the ebay site.

Normally works fine apart from not extracting the VAT.

Having said that - an ebay sale at 12.31 today went through fine, another completed at 15.33 has not yet been added to sales manager.

Regards,

Richard.

UPDATE - Just registered in sales manager 15.59

In anticipation that you're going to tell me that this is only supposed to work if I list on ebay via Romancart, I'm trying to list an item.

Category selection is greyed out - I can't choose one.

Can someone test please?

Many thanks,

Richard.

Bump.

Last ebay sale recorded in Romancart sales manager was January 4th.

I have had five since.

Something has changed.

Incidentally, with reference to my previous queries about the way VAT wasn't recorded in the cart, I've noticed that when a sale from an ebay listing is made to the EU, the VAT is correctly shown, whereas a sale from the same listing to the UK shows the correct total but no VAT.

Am I the only customer using Romancart to monitor my ebay sales or has no-one else noticed?

Richard.

Hi,
Can you see your items listed on ebay from RomanCart?
If not your connection between RomanCart and ebay may have expired - you may need to connect it again.

Many Thanks

Thank you. You were correct. I was not aware that this authorisation has an expiry - ebay didn't think it was worth sharing this nugget with me. This has possibly happened because I ended my shop subscription - however - I ended it last summer temporarily and didn't have the same issue so perhaps a co-incidence.

Anyway - here are some screen grabs in case it helps anyone else in future.
