Form item not showing on checkout email

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I have a question at the bottom of my sales page.  They complete name/address etc but the last question which has a Yes/No mandatory answer does not come through on the checkout email that I get.

It was working ok until this week.  I cannot see where to configure it ??
