anyone having problems......

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   .......we can access the sales manager but if we try to open an invoice or delivery note to print nothing happens, a new window opens but it just hangs there. 

We have no other internet issues emails seem to be working and other pages are loading quickly?

	I had a similar problem last week, FireFox refused to open a new window when you clicked to open an invoice or delivery note, but it worked OK in IE so I re-installed FireFox and it cleared the problem Regards Nick G.
