Here is a scenario.....
Customer adds item to cart. Customer continues shopping and immediately adds another of the same item to the cart using the add to basket button as opposed to just updating the quantity in the cart. All well and good, customer has 2 of the required gizmos in the cart. Customer hits F5 and refreshes the browser window - another gizmo appears, then another and another each time the page is refreshed. Internet Explorer advises against refreshing the browser window. Opera doesn't. I haven't looked at other browsers. I'm aware that other carts suffer with exactly the same issue - hence the pop up warning in IE. Can the anomaly be removed? |

Hi RsCass,
Unfortunately this is just down to the nature of web browsers and i'm afraid there is no way for us to reslove this. As you mentioned other shopping carts suffer from this problem for the same reason. Sorry about that! James |
