Hi,
Could someone help, please, we're a bit concerned about a recent event. One of our customers phoned up to say that they'd tried to place an order but when they got to the payment page, a warning came up advising them not to proceed, as ours was not a certificated safe site. We've been trading for years, and never had this problem before. I then tried a purchase myself with my own card, and it went through no problem, and with no warnings whatsoever. This has concerned me, has anyone experienced this? Any comments would be really appreciated. |

We had an instance of this on Saturday - someone in New Zealand tried to order a watch strap 3 times. When I copied what they did - a flashed up - once - from Romancart saying there was something wrong with our website! I have not been able to replicate this myself since then - but I wonder if there is a bug in Roamancart's scripts or in-bult error messages????

We have not noticed any problems but then we wouldn`t unless customers told us. This is a big concern as it may be something that is happening without us all knowing. Have you both reported it to support directly for them to look into?

I'd mention it to support so they can check it out. It might be a one off thing or like Red says something we don't know is happening and unless support are told they may be unaware.

I emailed Support with our concerns, and received a very detailed and completely satisfactory explanation that the problem lay at the customer's end, not ours or Romancart.
