I just started using your ticketing system. I have some questions about its operation:
1. Is there any way to tell within the cart whether a ticket has already been scanned or not without scanning it again? 2. Is there any way to reset a ticket to not scanned in the system after it has been scanned? 3. Is there a way if a person forgets their e-ticket is there a way to go in the system and mark it in the system as scanned without printing it? 4. Are there any reports available that show how many tickets were scanned for an event? If there is no reporting available for ticket scanning I would strongly suggest adding that feature. Many events need to know how many people actually showed up for an event and not just bought a ticket. This is functionality that most ticketing sites offer.
