Here's an odd one....a customer just called and said we have removed the pay by cheque option, which we hadn't, so I checked and it had gone, and the 'call us with card details' method!!!! All were still active in the Payment Methods but on looking all the country boxes had been unticked in the 'This payment method is only available to customers in these locations'. The Methods set to 'This payment method is available to customers in any location' were unaffected. The only thing I did yesterday was add South Africa to the list of countries in Configure/Countries. So it looks like doing this has cancelled all the ticks in the payment method accepted countries. Worth a look your end just in case. Cheers Nobby |
