Hi,
As part of our major upgrades today, we have had to move our mail servers. Because of the nature of the cart, we set up ip addresses, which then send tens of thousands of emails an hour. Understandably this gets flagged as a spam server within minutes. We then have to mark it as not spam in the block lists. This is where we are currently at. If you are having problems receiving your confirmation emails, please wait for the lists to propagate showing us not as spam after which time you should start receiving the emails once again. We are monitoring this. (Also check your spam folders etc). Many Thanks Support |
