Hi,
A couple of merchants have reported this today. It looks like a problem with PayPal PayFlow. You need to raise it with PayPal as nothing has changed at their end. They will be able to advise. Many Thanks Support |

Hi,
Please make sure you are not restricting access to specific ip addresses. It looks like PayPal are suddenly enforcing ip restrictions you may have set on your account. Please remove any restrictions and let us know if that resolves the problem. Many Thanks Support |

Hi,
Merchants are also reporting that they cannot log in at https://manager.paypal.com/ with their PayFlow credentials. presumably PayPal has some authentication issues. We have raised all this with PayPal, but if you are doing the same, it is worth pointing this out. Many thanks Support |

Hi,
Another merchant has found a way to fix this. Firstly make sure you are not restricting ip addresses in the security settings on your paypal manager. Request a new password for your PayFlow credentials at manager.paypal.com Then enter those details onto RomanCart. It should all then work. Make sure the Partner field is PayPalUK (Upper case P's and UK) Please let us know if this resolves the issue. It looks like PayPal disabled Payflow credentials for some reason. Many Thanks Support |
