I've noticed that the <invoiceaddress> field doesn't include the email address in about a third of the orders we've received so far (it also often doesn't have the phone number, but that isn't relevant to us).
This is a real pain, as we're sending the order confirmation through to ActiveCampaign to trigger some post sales follow up activities, and need the email address for this. Looking through the orders, there doesn't seem to be an obvious reason for this. It isn't lack of space in the address block, as some have an empty line under the address which could hold the phone number or email address, but both are absent. It isn't a need to have (or not have) a phone number, as examples of both occur with and without an email address. Is there a solution to this, or another way of automatically outputting the customer and order details when an order is completed? Tim |
