A customers house number was 16 1/1. When I exported the sale the house number was changed to 17 in the spreadsheet, so I unknowingly sent it to 17, now the parcel has been returned as no such address.

Hi,
RomanCart does not export a spreadsheet, it exports the raw text data which we have for the transaction.
If you are importing it into a spreadsheet then it's likely that the import process has done something to change the numbers.

Many Thanks

ok thanks for the explanation, but still the only way to easily edit these documents is to open them into excel which imports them wrongly. For royal mail click and drop international orders need to be edited for customs information.

If the customs information was exported and also state and county were just one field then the csv could go straight to click and drop without being edited. It would be useful now that we've left the eu and might have to fill out customs forms for eu countries.

Hi,
You need to use the import facilities on your spreadsheet to manipulate the data into exactly the format you require. We simply export everything we have so you can do with it what you wish. If you are using excel, then you can create macros etc.
You would need to open the file with a text editor to see what the data actually looks like before import.
Many Thanks

Hi,
I would say by the way that we would much prefer to integrate directly with Royal Mail, but they only seem to want to integrate with big US companies - which is very disappointing.
Many Thanks
