Hi
Not sure if anyone uses Information Lists, but I cannot get the number of items in the List to connect to the stock of the product, which seems a bit bonkers. For example if I have 5 codes in the list, connected to 1 product, the stock does not reflect this and there is no stock control either. So once all 5 have been used the product is still in stock and available to purchase...?! It looks as though everything has to be done manually which is crazy and will lead to over / under selling... Please help... Sam |

Hi,
Stock and the list of list items are independent. You could set the stock level to the same as the number of items in the list if you want them to be the same. Many Thanks Support |

That is surely counter intuitive... the whole point of having information lists is to provide instant access to a code. If you can over/under sell it defeats the whole object?! Customers will be purchasing and not getting codes if the stock is not accurate, and this is a headache to monitor.
Having run/managed a whole host of websites - automation is the key to avoiding errors. Is there anyway this can be done? Worst case can the item be put out of stock when the list is empty? Thanks Sam |

Hi,
You might have 10,000 codes for sale but only want to enter them 100 at a time. I take your point however the overall stock is not necessarily the same as the number of codes entered. (But you can make it like that if you want). Many Thanks Support |

I disagree, the stock of the item is exactly the same as the Information List or you would not be using Information lists...
very disappointed... |
