Integrate with PDF/ Google Sites?

I don't know the formats you're talking about (Google documents, Issuu). To get Romancart to work, you need to be able to insert HTML code into what ever you use to create your website.

The best way to do that is to actually create a proper website (not MS Publisher...) and then it becomes really easy to integrate Romancart.

250 products isn't that substantial; Romancart can provide stock control through the Product Manager which would make it pretty easy to control what's available and what isn't, although you would need to manually amend the web pages to add and remove products.

The product manager holds your product information and also provides you with the html code snippets needed for you to add the products to your site. Optionally, it can also hold stock level information, shipping info and a host of other bits of info. You can use the stock control functions to keep track of your stock levels and stop customers buying items which are out of stock.

If you add new products or change the stock levels or prices in the product manager, the actual website is not automatically updated. If you use the additional functionality of Remote Data Delivery, you can display stock levels and prices on your website, or availability messages if appropriate. You cannot automatically display and update stock information from the product manager without using Remote Data Delivery.

You can have 10 products in the PM with the free cart, but you need gold for RDD, which allows you to have 2000 products in the PM.
