Hi,

It will be ready very soon - invoicing, VAT Return, Outgoings, Other Income will be by end of this week.
Invoicing, Quotes, Outgoings, Other Income, Profit and Loss reports will be on all upgrades.
VAT Return generation and Subscriptions will be on Pro version. Subscriptions will only be compatible with the 'RomanCart Payments' system.

Note that the Invoicing system is being changed so that the 'add to basket' functionality is not on the product manager. Many merchants don't want staff creating invoices to have access to the product manager.

Hi,

The new invoicing functionality has a screen of its own which is similar to the product manager, however you cannot change any of the product details.

This is important as in many companies the person creating invoices shouldn't have access to change the product details.

This will be available early next week.

I read somewhere that the subscriptions option will be for monthly payments ... am I mistaken or will there also be other payment schedule options. Many membership organisations offer monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual payment option to members.

Annoying that the add to basket was taken away from the product manager before its replacement was ready, for us it was perfectly OK where it was, so basically we had a feature which had become useful taken away just as we were getting used to using it & no idea when/if it is coming back.

Are you aware that a change you've made this morning has resulted in the 'VIEW' link for the delivery note on Sales Manager not showing until after the order has been marked as despatched?

Yes, orders will not show the delivery note link until the order has been marked as despatched.

So how can you print the delivery note to enclose with the goods if you have to despatch it first?
