Minimum Order Value

   Hi,

We have a minimum order value set on the cart at £3.00 plus shipping , we have always had this , we have over the weekend received an order for £1.85 plus shipping , this order should not have got through .
The payment was made by PayPal Checkout , we have tried to replicate the sale , but the cart does correctly prevent us from proceeding to the checkout , would you have any explanation of how this customer has forced the cart or maybe they have managed to alter the quantity having gone through to PayPal ?
We will continue our own trials to see how this might have happened.

	Hi, It appears the order was processed by mobilephone , we have tried on our phones and find it is possible to get to the PayPal login screen from the basket without the warning box appearing to stop the transaction , so it would appear to be a glitch in the mobile version of the cart. 	Hi, Sorry for the delay. To use PayPal Commerce Platform, you need to use the latest responsive template. Go to 'configure'/'appearance'/'hosted cart pages'/'shopping cart templates' Click on 'standard templates' Go to page 4 and tick 'web' and 'mob' for the responsive template. Then go to 'configure'/'company logo' and make sure you have uploaded a logo. Many thanks Support

	Hi, PayPal Commerce is working fine , the issue we have is that a customer was able to pay by PayPal from a mobile phone and the cart did not stop payment progressing to PayPal for completion of payment even though it was under our minimum order level. Would the changes you mention above fix that issue ? best regards Martyn

	Hi, If you have PayPal Commerce Platform on and have not followed the instructions above then it will interfere with the JS code which is what is required to enforce minimum order. Give it a go. Many thanks Support
