Multiple Products added from one click

   Is it possible add multiple products with one "Add to basket" button?

Basically I want to sell Widgets as a main product but then activate sell on items with a checkbox (each being independent products in their own right with quantities, itemname2 options, prices etc) which are then added together when the user clicks Add to Basket. 

Something like

Widget
Colour [dropdown]
Quantity [textbox]

[Chkbox] Add self adhesive backing strip:
Colour [dropdown]
Quantity [textbox]

[Chkbox] Add screws:
Size/Length [dropdown]
Quantity [textbox]

resulting in the Basket looking like:

Widget (Black)           x3  £3.00  £9.00
Backing strip (clear)    x2  £2.00  £4.00
Screws (8 x 1")          x10 £0.06  £0.60
