Maybe someone has an idea why I get no replies at all for my repeated pleas for help with my problem getting the cart to work with LinkPoint

Hi,
Apologies for this - we have been communicating with a merchant via email which we assumed was yourself.
The problem is likely to be that at 'configure cart'/'setup payment methods'/'configure' icon for Linkpoint you need to enter your linkpoint storeid, not the store name.
