Offer not added to cart

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   We have had an order today where the Offer set up that is triggered by a certain spend being reached did not add the offer to the cart, has anyone else had a problem with offers today? I have contacted support for an answer.

	Have worked it out - the 1 1/2" Harnesses which were included as products that trigger the offer had some how managed to become unticked - not sure how that happened but now have reset them. Red
