Order in progress email

   Hi: Is there a of having an email option for customers, where stock is on back-order, can be kept informed? In other words customer places order for out-of-stock item, on 2nd day we can send an email advising the 1) order has been placed with wholesaler and 2) expected date when it is due with us prior to shipment. I realize we could do this outside of RC but it would make it easier if it was done internally. Any thoughts support?

	Hi, On the sales manager click on 'add/edit status list' at the bottom. You can create delivery and payment status' there which also send emails to the customer when selected. Many Thanks Support

	Hi, Further to the last post - there isn't a way to put in a custom date though, you would need to manually send that email. Many Thanks Support
