Outlook instant search for romancart orders

   Hi, when I use instant search to search for orders in outlook, a lot of the time the orders are not picked up in the search.  I have looked on the trouble shooting page and it says that encrypted emails can't be searched.  Are romancart emails encrypted, if so why are some of them searchable and others not?
