Hi,
Apparently you have restricted the ip addresses that you accept payments from in your PayFlow account.
If you unrestrict this then it should be ok.
In fact the old version of PayFlow will probably work as well.
(Although you should stick with the new one!)

Our new service does not have fixed ip's as we use cdn's so you should not use this PayPal security feature going forward.

Hi Support,

Thanks for the update, I've just deleted the IP addresses from the 'Allowed IP Addresses' under my Website Payments Pro settings.

Worryingly the page states the following: 'cannot access these services from computers that are not included in the list'

Now my list is empty I fear that no payments will work - time will tell!

Hi Nick,

Please can you try buying something from yourself (setup a product for about 20p if you need to) and let us know if you get the money and what the paymetn status on the sales manager shows after the transaction.

It's looking OK as I've received about 12 successful orders since I deleted the IP addresses yesterday evening so it appears to be working fine,
