Hi,
I have taken a look into this. Everything is ok on our side. Nothing has changed for a long time regarding the pro pci integration. PayPal are based in Singapore (Although i'm not sure if this is relevant). If fraud then maybe those customers had malware on their machines redirecting them somewhere other than PayPal for the payment page. You should contact PayPal support and report this. Many Thanks Support |

Hi,
Apologies for this. There is an issue at the datacentre. We are waiting for them to resolve this which they are working on. Support |

OK,
I am so peed off! I LOVED Romancart for it's features etc but now have to pay someone to change my payments system to my own payment form thus closing Romancart - I can not afford to lose money again. Maybe your hosting company should be more reliable and cloudflare is a waste of time. "Do we have an ETA on the solution" |

Hi,
We have no further information from the datacentre at this time - who are investigating. Unfortunately we rely on the data center who have given a great service for the last 10 years. This year however they have let us down a number of times. Kind Regards, Support |

There is a phrase that applies to cart providers and datacentres. It goes 'better the devil you know'.
If everyone jumped ship every time a piece of the Internet went off, there would be nothing left. ebay was completely down on a number of occasions last month. Communication is all that's needed. |
