Phone Numbers appear in SOURCE field

Over the past few months, I have noticed that the SOURCE field (which is filled in via a dropdown menu) on the checkout screen, often has a copy of the customer's phone number in it, rather than a valid customer source (e.g. Google, Newsletter etc). This has happened on 5 transactions in the last 24 hours.

I can't see why this is happening? We offer Worldpay and also Paypal Express Checkout, and the weird phone number thing appears in both types of transactions. 

It is possible that customers are filling in the field "Other Source" with their phone number, but unlikely, especially as they have already entered their phone number in the "phone Number" field before they get to that point.

	I have a 'purchase order number' text field at the foot of my cart checkout page. The customer's phone number minus the leading zero frequently appears there.

	Hi, It will be browser autocomplete on customers' browsers. They will be selecting to autocomplete but not checking what is entered, where. Many Thanks Support
