Hi, I have set up my shop and am testing. All seems to be OK except when I try to change country from the checkout page, it directs to the page to change the country but when I click OK I get the error message "Unable to add to the cart. Please contact the merchant and quote code 'AZ5263'
The cart is not configured to be accessed from this URL."

This is the only link that returns this error message. I checked the security options and my homepage is the address listed here.

Can you help with this?

Thanks
Melanie

Hi,
'configure cart'/'security options'/'security options'
You are coming from a page at a different url to what you have listed there.
Many thanks

Thanks for the quick response. I'm a little confused, which address should I have here. This is my website address. The last blocked URL is a Romancart address.

Thanks
Melanie

Hi,
Make sure that you are clicking on the link on your website when you are testing it, not anywhere else.
Many thanks

I am clicking on the cart buttons only. The only time I get this error is when I try to change the country from the checkout page. I can change it from the basket etc. Can I remove the change link on the checkout so this doesn't happen?
Thanks
Melanie

Store ID is 45707

Hi,
It is being blocked from http://solentsew.co.uk
You have only allowed http://www.solentsew.co.uk

Although you might think this is the same, technically these are two completely different domains even if you are pointing them to the same website.

You should get your dns provider or web hosts to forward dns requests for http://solentsew.co.uk to http://www.solentsew.co.uk

A more important reason for doing this is because otherwise Google will see your two domain names as websites with duplicate content which is not good.

Many Thanks

Thanks for that Nick.

One last thing, when the payment is completed by the customer there is no option to return to the shop pages or to go anywhere else. Is there an option somewhere that I can either open the payment pages in a separate page so that when closed the shop is still open or to return to the shop automatically or by clicking a button? Or is this a matter for Worldpay?

Thanks for your help.

Melanie,

I'll have to let Support answer this one as I don't use WorldPay and don't know the answer
