I have a customer whose name was incorrect and so she gets customer email sequences with her name coming out as garbage. She asked us to change this but I don't think there is any way to do that.

Therefore I deleted her and manually imported her again - now she appears as "Imported" rather than "customer" so will get the wrong sequence and be starting from the beginning.

I understand how careful one has to be about SPAM but I cannot believe there is no way of doing this so I must have missed the trick. Can somebody advise please?

You can do this in the new web control panel. Which is now just weeks away!
