Hi,

In the last couple of weeks, customers have contacted us to complain that the dispatched email which they are receiving is incomplete. They are receiving an email which starts "Dear" and then stops and there's nothing after that. The address and email title fields are filled in correctly.    2 were hotmail accounts, 1 was a normal account. No complaints about order confirmation emails and no complaints when we re-send the dispatched email. Weird. Our copy of the dispatched email is complete as it should be.

Anyone else getting this issue. I assume it's a problem with the customer's email, or the various servers which the email goes through to get to them, it's just strange that we've never heard of it in 6 years and now we're getting several of them all at once.

This is now sorted.

For the benefit of others who read this; don't customise the dispatch email in the new control panel and then use the old control panel to send dispatch emails as some of the new fields aren't compatible with the old panel. Ooops... should have known better really.
