Hi,

Please check any PayPal express transactions on 10th August 2015.

Specifically check the payment status on any orders which appear to be Paid.

There have been instances where the status 'None' has been returned from PayPal which has been correctly shown in RomanCart, however RomanCart may show the order with a green light on the sales manager as if it were paid. The order will likely not have been paid.

We have modified the system so this will not longer cause a problem, but please check that you have received any payments on PayPal before despatching any orders.

Hi Support,

All mine are fine.

I may be being picky, but would it not have made more sense to send a mass email considering the implications of this problem?

Hi,

We have put a message on the login screen for merchants using PayPal Express.

We always recommend that merchants subscribe to the announcements forum which sends an email whenever a new topic or post is posted, most emails to our general list are not read.
