Those transactions are not completing successfully. We have alerted Monek to this (who handle the processing) and they are looking into it. However if this affects you please note that if you switch off 3dsecure on RomanCart then transactions can be successfully processed. (Although obviously you would not have the advantages of 3dsecure for those transactions). Apologies for the inconvenience with this however unfortunately it is an issue with a third party and as such is not under our control. Many Thanks Support
