Hi,
For some reason I am not receiving Email conformation for each order.. I haven't change anything at all in my settings.. So now I have to check everyday on my cart to see if there is an order? Can anyone help please?

Hi,
Go to 'tools'/'options'/'email' and check your merchant from address is set up as per the instructions.

Hi Its me again, I have just got a new iMac, and have tried to log in but now can't remember my store iD and password as it was stored on my old iMac, which has crashed, can someone help please, as I know I have some orders coming in..Many thanks as usual
