I would like to change the heading on confirmation emails to read:
My company - order acknowledgement
rather than
My company - confirmation email.
Can the option to do this be added please?
There appears to be legal implications if I've confirmed an erroneous order (say, out of stock in error) rather than 'acknowledging receipt' of an order.

You can do this...
Tools -> Change any Text
Create a new translation (give it a name)
Search through the page for "Confirmation Email for order ref :" and change it to "Order acknowledgement Email for order ref"
Save the translation.
Actvate the translation under Tools->Options->General under "RomanCart Language :" and select your translation.
I've no idea why, but I remember looking at this years ago and remembered that this customisable
