Hi,
This is a common problem. Have you tried another mail account, eg hotmail or googlemail. It's most likely to be a problem at your mail server. Hi Dave:
No the mail server my end is working ok - just received RC newsletter about the new system! The SMS messages from RC are not coming through either - and I have checked we are "in credit" on that score. So I think there is a problem at RC on our account for some reason. |

E-mail from RC just arrived 35 minutes after the e-mails from RB Worldpay. Still not SMS re: orders from RC!

No email sales confirmations coming through to me since around 12.40 pm today. There are half dozen sales sitting in Roman Cart. I have tried to "Re-send confirmation email" but still nothing is coming through.

Hi, I think there's a slight glitch at RC's end; our confirmation emails are coming through about half-hour late too. I thought it might be us, so checked this forum to see if anyone else was having the same problem.

Mine are almost 2 hours old now, but if it's just a RC glitch and they come through eventually, then thats fine. Unless its a special delivery order and I don't get it on time!!!

RC delivery advice e-mails are now being bounced with reason "General Failure" - any timeframe when everything pertaining to RC sales will be fixed? E-mails, texts?
