Hi,
If you are using Realex payments with RomanCart, you have now been switched to the Global Payments HPP platform. It's basically the same however it is compliant with the upcoming PSD2 requirements. The difference you will see is 'Global Payments HPP' as the payment method rather than 'Realex' Many Thanks Support |

Global Payments have been emailing saying:
--- We let you know in June that we'd be using additional public IP addresses for our HPP service, to sustain and improve the customer experience and its resilience and to make sure it's suitable in the future. The new IP addresses have now been implemented in the Sandbox environment, so you can validate your access to the HPP service. --- Is that all being handled by Romancart, or do we need to do anything if we are using this plugin? |
