Sales Manager Screen

   On the Sales Manager screen, I think it would be far easier to have the Select Order check boxes & Order Options drop down on the left hand side of the screen as the first column. 

It would save having to constantly having to scroll across or resize the window to complete each order. Even with many of the options closed, it is still a very wide screen.
