We have a shipping method set to apply to UK and Channel islands only. Every now and again somebody manages to circumvent this. This morning we have had two orders showing UK shipping, one from Netherlands and one from Malaysia (delivery and shipping addresses the same).

As it happens they are both via PayPal Express. Not sure if we've ever had any that were either HSBC secure e-payments or Google Checkout.

Our UK shipping method is set to:

"This shipping method is only available to customers in these locations"

and countries are corectly specified. Shipping methods are also separately defined for Netherlands and Malaysia.

Could this be that I have missed something in configuration or has anybody had experience of it being a Paypal problem, and if so, how one can fix it.

To save unncecessary consideration, would I be right in thinking that checking the box that says:

"Check the Country and County/State on the PayPal account against the location the customer has selected (If using regional shipping or advanced tax only) If you switch this on then make sure that any restricted regions you have created on the 'Configure Countries' screen are returned by PayPal as the County/State"

will sort this issue?
