Hi,
An unexpected change to SSL today 12th January 2016 between 11am and 3.30pm may have impacted callbacks to RomanCart from some payment gateways. If you use Secure Trading, ePDQ or Realex - please log onto the payment gateway control panel and make sure that all your paid orders between those times are showing as such on RomanCart. If you cannot see them on the RomanCart Sales Manager then click on 'show not completed orders' If you can see them then you can manually set them to paid if you are sure they are paid on your payment gateway control panel. Other payment gateways may have been affected that we are not aware of so if you use a different payment gateway it is worth checking your orders between those times.
