I get the sense that most users problems and/or issues posted on the forum are resolved by more experienced users who point the best way for the rest of us.

But why do I also get the impression that Support do not actively, day to day, monitor the problems raised and respond when the more experienced users cannot help.

Support do not seem to have posted anything since 25th July.

I have noticed this too, and although I only just recently signed up with roman cart, I would have liked to see a bit more activity before I upgrade to a paid version of roman cart.

How quickly are emails dealt with that are sent to support directly?

Actually, support just posted yesterday ....

Although I agree it is a bit quiet ... maybe some of the experienced users could be added to the forum support team? I am sure I will have many questions in future ... :P

I must say whenever we have contacted support by direct email we have received a fast answer from them, our latest two emails were answered on Sunday morning not long after we raised questions which is not a bad service by any standard.

I think overall support do a good job and I wouldn't want to do it as I bet you get all sorts of grief for trival as well as harder things. However, with regard the forum they do sometimes slide for some reason and need prodding occasionally to remind them to jump to listen and communicate.
