HI,
I adjusted the vat rate to 17.5% for shipping and products, but the total tax charged seems to be coming out less then what it should be. I have checked the settings I cant figure out where it is going wrong! Please help. Rani |

Hi Rani,
Just had a quick look at your site, looks like you have set up the cart so your prices include VAT. I just did a quick calculation and if you are charging £20.00 for your shoes and you strip out the VAT the price is £17.02 (is that right) and I did the same for you £4.00 shipping option which works out at £3.57 So the total for a pair of shoes & shipping is £20.42 plus VAT is £3.58 so the total sale is £24.00, so the VAT is working out right, if VAT is included in the price, if not, go to Configure Cart - Set Tax Options and change it to NO.
