Hi,

You can now link RomanCart to a voip system and also screen numbers against the TPS and CTPS lists.

Agents can make notes against contacts and move them into different contact groups.

To use this feature (Professional upgrade required) Import your target audience list at 'Marketing'/'Contacts'/'Import Contacts'

Click on 'Set Up TPS screening' to configure TSP checks.
When set up, you can click on the icon in the 'tps' column to see if they are on the lists.

If you have telesales agents using Cisco SPA voip phones then you can set the ip address of each agents phone in their user profile. The agent can then phone each contact by clicking on the icon in the 'call' column on the CRM.
