   Facility to save the contents of an abandoned cart to the cart preloader would be useful.

Maybe a button near the edit button where the order is accessed by clicking the order number in sales manager?

The link can then be emailed to the customer. It would also be useful to be able to modify the basket contents to create a special offer.
