With PayPal Express you are redirected back to the cart on the checkout page - maybe they meant that? Many Thanks Support |

Thank you. I can't replicate it and other PayPal transactions have been going through today. the alarm bells rang when she said she was directed to Romancart. Nothing changed here. I'll phone if it happens again.

Hi,
I haven't seen any PayPal status alerts. Try a transaction on your cart and see if you get any problems. Especially if your PayPal config has changed in any way (Do it for a 0.01p item). Many Thanks Support |

A customer is telling me she's getting directed to "Romancart" and getting error messages. |
