Hi,

Widgets now show the decoration selected.

In addition they show the sale price and sale decoration if in a sale period.

Text can be set on the sale info to describe the new price.

e.g. Now!
or Until Tuesday!

Hi,

The latest widget templates have been tested on
IE8,9,10,11
Latest versions of
Chrome
Firefox
Safari
Opera

If you create your own template (whether or not based on ours) you would need to test it against your target browsers as a lot of compatibility is based on the template content itself.

Hi,

The templates are designed independently and each sash is an image. You or your web designer can create your own sash images as you require. There is an image repository you will see when you create a user template where you can upload these supporting images.

Hi Support
I have just spent 2 hours doing a custom widget, it would help if the Roman Cart ready built Sash were designed in a size that did not cover the product description name. From what you are saying above we will all need to make our own Sash and upload them to the image repository.
The widget with the sash should be easy to use, we shouldn`t need to have to make our own sash images as this is a Roman Cart feature can you not just make your sash images fit the widget better?

Hi,

The solution is probably for you to make your widget wider, which would give more space for the itemname.

If that is not a solution, mock up a screenshot of what you would like and we will take a look.

I already tried making the widget wider but it also then makes the product name wider rather than having it on 2 lines so it then still covers part of the product name.
The widget sash image design is Roman Carts can your designers not just test this and sort the problem out please, all it needs is for the in built sash images to be a little smaller and not cover the product name area in any way.

Addition to the above, if you want all Roman Cart users that wish to use the new sash template to make their own sash images we would all need to make 9 different images and upload them to the image repository in order to use it, it is logical for Roman Cart to correct the problem
